Swimming is a healthy activity for all ages and abilities. As well as being fun, swimming is a great way to keep fit and stay active, and it is an activity that you can enjoy throughout your life - whatever your age.
This is why, in partnership with Newham Council, we offer free swimming sessions to all Newham residents over the age of 60 and under the age of 16. Swimming is an important life skill which is why we offer a wide range of lessons for people of all ages.
We have some of the best facilities in London, with large swimming pools and smaller teaching pools at all of our centres.
