Main Swimming Pool

Swimming is a great exercise, working almost every muscle in your body without putting stress on your joints. It is perfect if you want to be more active and stay healthy, whatever your age or ability.

From swimming lessons, general swimming, and lane swimming sessions to family splash sessions: get active while having fun in the water.

Our pool facility includes accessibility via a Pool Pod lift which gives you independent, comfortable access to the pool, getting you swimming quickly and easily.

Our pool size is 25m x 13m with a pool entrance of 1m and a deep end of 2m.

Teaching Pool

Our teaching pool is used for swimming lessons which can improve confidence in the water; we have lessons for all levels and abilities.

The teaching pool is used for family splash sessions where parents can bring their children (under 8 years of age) for a fun and enjoyable session.

Our teaching pool size is 13m x 15m with a depth of 0.75m.

Accessible Changing

Accessible changing facilities are available at different locations around the leisure centre; they are fitted with a shower, toilet, and a water tap.
