Cardio based class focusing on the training techniques used by boxers.
Full body conditioning session which combines sequenced exercise to allow for continuous training, muscular conditioning and calorie burn.
A high intensity interval training (HIIT) session will burn a huge amount of calories and is guaranteed to get you fitter, stronger and leaner in no time. HIIT utilises short bursts of high intensity activity with minimum rest.
This core conditioning session is designed to improve posture and stabilisation, utilising stations on and off Synrgy360. Targets your entire torso, including back and core muscles.
