Engage every muscle in your body and activate your cardiovascular system at the same time! Increase the resistance and start moving in an entertaining and energising workout session. Whatever your objectives, hop on a stationary bike in a class that will make a difference!

Fitness Studios

Our studios provide equipment to hold a range of classes for all skill levels and are fully air conditioned to help keep you cool when you work up a sweat. With a capacity of up to 40, our main studio is furnished with steps, mats, studio bars with weights and dumbbells to accommodate different sessions at varied levels. Studio 2 is suited for holistic classes as well as dance classes.

We offer classes for the entire community, regardless of your goals. Our dedicated functional fitness box boasts a fully equipped space with industry leading brand functional fitness equipment (Wolverson). Experience our popular functional fitness classes with qualified coaches with a wealth of knowledge and experience in lifting, balance, stamina and cardio approaches, flexibility, and coordination drills.
Functional training is the buzzword of modern fitness industry. Around for several years, this training approach has proved more than a fad, becoming the staple and favourable approach to modern exercise. As a preferred method of fitness, functional training is varied and scalable and prepares the body for active daily living (ADL) activities. Exercises promote muscle movement and engagement to work in tandem to complete movements effectively: from squatting to lifting heavy shopping, pushing, pulling and much more. These everyday movements can be made easier by implementing 'Functional Fitness' into your regime.
