All employees are required to have and regularly access a company email account. You will be sent your email address and password by text.
You MUST NOT tell or give your password for any activeNewham IT system (email, Plus2, Learn2, etc) under ANY circumstances.
You can access your account online using the Microsoft 365 button below, giving access to online apps, including Word and Excel. You will need your email address and password to log on.
You can use a computer in the main office of your centre (log on using your email address and password) to use a web browser as above.
When logging in for the first time to Microsoft 365, you must complete additional security information – such as a personal email address or phone number. You can then reset your password using the SSPR button below (or manually going to https://aka.ms/sspr/).
Important company information will be communicated to you using your company email account, not your personal email account, so checking your company account is essential. Additionally, some processes, such as changes of details for HR, will only be confirmed by sending an email to your company email account.
You can add your company email to your mobile device (smartphone/tablet). However, company email use depends on our ICT Policy, available on the SharePoint Intranet. You will need your email address and password to access the SharePoint Intranet and ICT Policy.
