I am a fitness fanatic! My whole life is based around fitness and that is all I know. I was a professional footballer for over 15 years and now play semi-professionally. That is where I learnt many of the specialisations above. I am really passionate about fitness and making a change in people’s life, not only physical change but most importantly a mindset change towards living a healthier lifestyle.
