Promotions are open to eligible participants according to individual promotions and campaigns as described but their respective sections below, where applicable. All participants must reside in the United Kingdom.

Prizes
Prizes will be as described in the promotional sections below and their respective media and are subject to availability. No cash alternative or substitutions will be offered. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be sold or redeemed for cash.
Winners
Winners will be notified by email. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within 90 days of notification activeNewham reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner. The decision of activeNewham is final and binding in all matters related to promotions.
Privacy
Any personal data collected during the course of this promotion will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Personal information will only be used to administer promotions, notify winners, and, where applicable, communicate future promotions and offers.
General Conditions

Once the third Direct Debit has been collected, referrers will be contacted to collect their reward at their chosen centre.

Can be used on any day of the week, subject to availability.
The Pass is non-transferable.
